Return & Exchange Policy:

To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, styleshop.pk provides 7day return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items except some products such as deodorants, jewelry, free items etc with in 7days of product receipt.

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

• If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply call at our helpline or write us on hello@styleshop.pk so we can process replacement request.
• Our customer care officer will be contacting you and will be guiding you complete procedures.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
• Please pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new size(depending on the availability).

Charges for Replacement will only be Rs.180 (due to reshipment)

Also please note that this process may take 5-7 working days.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

• If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply call at our helpline or write us on hello@styleshop.pk so we can process replacement request.
• Our customer care officer will be contacting you and will be guiding you complete procedures.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
• Please pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
• Once we receive the product, we will send other product to you(depending on the availability).

Charges for exchange will only be Rs.180 (due to reshipment)

• If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund,simply call at our helpline or write us on hello@styleshop.pk so we can process Refund request.

2.How will I get My refund?

There are two options for refund:

Coupon Code
Cash Back

What’s Coupon Code?

You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.

 What’s Cash Back?

If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can refund you your amount with a 25% deduction at your address.

Transaction charges may be applicable.

Also please note that this process may take 7-10 working days.

 Please note that Return/Refund is not applicable on discounted items.
